Scope of Work:

Rebuild Spindle.

Add new grease lube system.

Wire all components in panel for new grease lube system.

Run all new grease lube lines.

Remove and clean upper feed box.

Drain oil, pull cover plate, and clean table drive transmission.

Replace base ways.

Scrape saddle way surfaces to new ways.

Replace way wipers.

Run new lube lines on saddle.

New water guards.

Clean up electrical panel.

Paint machine.

Check table flatness.

Tram spindle to table.

Grind table flat.

Test grind parts.

Run machine for 8 hr.

Run-off machine.
